Rosy is a film heroine with dark past. She was forced into prostitution by her aunt and then she landed in the Tollygunge film industry. She was exploited by Mr. Barun, a director. She develops feelings for Amit, a hotel singer. But, Barun doesn't like this. Amit also shares his past with Rosy. He was married to a girl Sharmistha in his childhood but he had lost her and was searching her. It's revealed that Rosy is actually Sharmistha.
