In 20th century Paris, a farewell reception is being held after the a millionaire who had founded many enterprises. His will says that his eldest son George will succeed the count with the stipulation that he marry a woman of either blue blood or high society within half a year but Georges dreams of marrying and loving forever a woman destined to cross his path.
