Nazlı has a disease whose cause is unknown. Immediately after the engagement, the couple went to Istanbul for treatment, settled in a house there, and started working in a factory. Meanwhile, as a result of the tests performed at the hospital, it is revealed that Nazlı needs serious heart surgery. It is not possible for Mahmut to provide the money necessary for the surgery.
