Laura Giglio returns as Felicia Dare and is the target of Janice (Debbie D), the masseuse from Abducted 1. Janice has escaped from prison and has hired a hitwoman (Pamela Sutch) to capture Felicia and to bring the private detective to her. Janice plans to use her latest acquisition, the hypnotic gem, to control Felicia.
