Self-Knowledge tells the story of Guruaama, a compassionate mother, and her two children, Lakshmi and Vishnu, who are dedicated social workers and deeply committed to peace and kindness. They follow a simple, vegetarian lifestyle, respecting every living being and actively spreading messages of peace in their community. Vishnu, however, is going through a particularly challenging period. Having recently experienced the pain of a divorce after just four months of marriage, he feels lost and emotionally drained. He is struggling with loneliness and is haunted by the feeling that he lacks direction.
