Hotaru Amami is a private investigator, also manages her own office. With her assistant Yayoi Mizuno, who is a law student, they try to exterminate swindlers target women. One day, Erika, Yayoi’s friend in college, visits her office. She says she is claimed to pay for sample cosmetics that she was given on a street by answering a survey.
