There are high stakes dealing cocaine between Los Angeles and Hawaii. Chief Dickens (Ron Jeremy) has volunteered his two best "Vice Agents" to go undercover. Agents Francois and Kascha jet to the "Big Island" with their mission - to arrest "Mr. Big"!
