The first part of this carnassial trilogy is a chicken slaughter. This film was made with a JK optical printer, of 30 meters of 16mm color negative, shot in a small farm in Maine-et-Loire. It was print, re-print, cut, edited, sometimes manhandled. To bring out the beauty and the music from images of struggle and blood.
