Harry (Harry Gribbon) and Beulah are married when the story begins. However, Harry has plenty of evidence that Beulah might be cheating on him...but he's VERY slow to notice the signs. However, when Harry tries to catch his wife in the act with another man, police catch him climbing the fire escape and assume he's some kissing bandit.
