Winning the Miss Universe New Zealand crown in 2019, she represented New Zealand on the Miss Universe stage held in Atlanta, Georgia. A devoted creative, Diamond has been a part projects ranging rom interviewing directors Ron Clements and John Musker of the Disney animated film "Moana" to landing the lead actress role for the film "Sosefina."
