She gained recognition in the mid to late 1980s as the "Grape-Nuts girl" alongside actor David Brooks in a series of well-known commercials. Her career spanned numerous commercials and soap operas throughout that decade. Notably, she co-starred in the series "Diamonds" from 1987 to 1989 alongside Nicholas Campbell.
