Bell's professional career progressed through editorial positions at The Farm before he joined DNEG in 2018 as an assistant visual effects editor. At DNEG, he contributed to major studio productions including Bohemian Rhapsody (2018), Greyhound (2020), and F9: The Fast Saga (2021). In 2020, Bell joined Framestore as a visual effects editor.
