From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia. Richard Hall was a Jamaican saxophonist who worked with many reggae artists including Peter Tosh and Burning Spear. Nicknamed "Dirty Harry," he also starred in the film Rockers alongside Leroy "Horsemouth" Wallace.
