YUE, the Chief Manager of Ching Hong Ltd., has decided to conduct an investigation after receiving LEUNG’s complaint. YUE happens to meet LEUNG and is very much impressed by the way he handles difficult situations. Having read LEUNG’s tender, YUE decides to offer him the contract. YUE has indicated that he wants a specific brand of audio speakers, which is managed by KEI. LEUNG goes to discuss with KEI the price of the speakers.
