Ella (Kerry Armstrong) confronts the big problem of a country GP practising as an obstetrician without the proper training. A mother and then a baby have died in childbirth. But who else can deliver the region's babies? Vince Phillips (Steve Kearney), the subject of six negligence writs in the past year, but now a member of the MDA Board, makes a surprise revelation.
