Hannah and Paul are spending some time alone in Paul's bedroom - but it's actually a totally innocent encounter. All is going well until Harold arrives home and lets his imagination run wild. Tad has had a brainwave - organising an underage concert at the school. The Rodeo Ball goes into full swing and Drew and Libby are the star attractions. Drew finds it impossible to spend time alone with Libby as each are swept off their feet by eager locals. But Rose continues to match make, much to Drew's annoyance.
