In honor of the Triple Crown, the recruits enter a race of their own to test how well they can identify and put together flavors on a crostini. For the main dish challenge, the chefs show the recruits how to make a fancy steak dinner worthy of any celebrity table. The least-successful recruits face a blind elimination challenge where the "steaks" have never been higher.
