Doug Wilson decorates a master bedroom with bookcases big enough to house all of Shakespeare's works. Down the street, Frank Bielec redoes a library room in colors to make reading fun. All this shelf-building doesn't leave carpenter Ty Pennington much time for reading. To be happy or not to be happy — that's the question for our homeowners!
