Phil goes house hunting in the desirable suburbs of south Manchester with Craig and Becki, while Kirstie ploughs the rolling Cheshire countryside with Chris and Amy. Craig and Becki who have had buyers for their current home for eight months, but are completely at loggerheads over their priorities for their next property. Becki wants a ready-to-move-into family home, while accountant Craig is looking for a bargain and a project in the popular suburbs of south Manchester, where property stock is low and demand is high.
