SHUI-KI and SAI-WING are monitoring HEUNG WING’s team secretly. HEUNG WING brings his team to capture CHI-FAI but he discovers that the person is not CHI-FAI. SHUI-KI discussed the corrupt cop issue with SAI-LOK and HOK-LAI asks to join their investigation.
