MAN-SAN, his cousin MONICA and his good friend MOYUNG WAI open a coffee shop together. MOYUNG WAI persuades MAN-SAN to treat his illness as early as possible but MAN-SAN doesn't take it seriously. MAN-SAN discovers that his patient's tumor cell is in its 2nd phase already. Deputy consultant doctor CHONG BOK-MAN suggests him to perform an operation for the patient and he assigns MEI-SUET to be his immediate assistant.
