It is getting hot in the tent this week for the bakers – this week it is all about Pastry. Pastry is a favourite of both the judges Biddy While Lennon and Paul Kelly. There are 11 bakers remaining – they are dreading the Technical challenge – which is set by Biddy this week – they have to show their skills with hot water crust pastry and Biddy’s wild ingredients.
