Unable to marry TING, a depressed SHAN locks himself up and has no appetite for food and drinks. FA learns shoe-making in order to please him. TUNG meets up with TING and learns that she is still deeply in love with SHAN. LAU thus arbitrarily takes a concubine for her son.
