SIN WAI-YING from the Organized Crime and Triad Bureau (OCTB) is requested to carry out investigation at the crime site. WAI-YING discovers the murderer and finds the offender successfully. Police CHEUNG LAP-FUN immediately chases after the offender alone. In order to stop the offender from firing his gun, LAP-FUN creates a traffic accident and an innocent civilian is seriously injured.
