Knowing that LAI-WO still keeps the TONG's family on his mind, MEI-LIN goes to ask SO FEI to talk to him, stating that the tax evasion charge faced by the TONG's family could be solved as long as LAI-WO becomes the Acting Mayor of Guangzhou.
