In order to perform his duty in the think tank better, SO FEI is willing to pay by himself, hiring someone as his private tutor. Having heard of this, poet CHI-MOR, who has hidden in Guangzhou, decides to apply for the post in an attempt to approach the Acting Mayor, but to no avail. Feeling overwhelmed with disappointment, he re-encounters SO FUN and is thrilled with joy after knowing she is SO FEI's younger sister. Being so gloomy on a rainy evening, CHUN-BONG comes across MEI-FUNG, who is seeking shelter from the rain……
