First up we’re in Vancouver, British Columbia where the Fresh Local Wild trailer is the catch of the day serving up a loaded Seafood Chowder Poutine, Chicken Fried Oyster Po’ Boy and a Fish Shawarma with grilled halibut, salmon and lingcod. Next we head to the Chef Shack in Minneapolis, Minnesota for some crunchy comfort food like a Tempura Battered Herring Sandwich with homemade tartar sauce on a toasted baguette or Pulled Pork Nachos with poblano corn salsa and fresh guacamole.
